As Director of Operations and General Manager, Mike oversees multiple installation offices for Pirtano, providing strategic direction, operational leadership, and performance oversight across complex, multi-market environments.
Throughout his career, Mike has partnered with multiple MSOs in the Chicagoland area, building a strong reputation for operational excellence, scalability, and customer satisfaction. His expertise extends beyond Illinois, having successfully led and supported telecommunications projects in Tennessee, Georgia, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
