Mr. Horn is a CPA with broad financial and operational experience in the construction industry. Prior to his graduation from the University of Illinois, he worked in his family’s construction business. Upon completion of college, he performed and managed audits for the National Firm of Seidman & Seidman. He was also employed as the Division Controller of Land Development for U.S. Home. He spent four years as the Treasurer of Schal & Associates, an international construction management company.
His diverse background has allowed him to become familiar with all phases of accounting systems and controls, taxes, operating entities, insurance and financing as they relate to the construction industry.
In addition to overseeing the financial aspects of the PirTano operation since its inception, he oversees the operation of the utility construction and installation divisions.
