Frank holds the title of youngest PirTano hire. While still in school he worked in the field as a laborer and an operating engineer gaining knowledge learned through hard work and experience. Frank’s full-time career began when he headed PirTano’s field maintenance division, where he acquired the skills necessary for supervising our sewer and water crews. Frank started at the bottom learning every aspect of the sewer and water business. His firsthand knowledge has provided the PirTano team with insight only obtained through experience.
Today, Frank is a superintendent managing numerous sewer and water crews. He is responsible for setting up projects from start to finish. He oversees the crews, orders and schedule materials, surveying, inspections, and testing of each project. He also tracks the job site production by collecting daily supervisor reports using the heavy job program system which he then transfers that information onto an as-built drawing.
From 1986 to present, Frank has grown within the company from everyday real-life experience. He has become one of PirTano’s greatest assets through his invaluable knowledge of the company’s day-to-day field operations.
